Using the WB02 hazelnut butter machine
Pour roasted hazelnuts into the hopper, hold your jar under the chute, and press start. The machine grinds and fills in one pass, in about fifteen seconds, and stops the moment you release the button. There are no added oils and no emulsifiers; the natural hazelnut oil is what makes the butter spreadable. Grind a jar for the shelf or let customers fill their own, the hopper simply holds the rest of your hazelnuts for the next round.
From roasted hazelnut to chocolate spread
Roast your hazelnuts shortly before grinding for the deepest flavor and the smoothest texture; roasting also loosens the papery skins, which you can rub off for a milder, sweeter butter. Ground pure, hazelnut butter is a product on its own. Blend the hazelnuts with cacao and a little sugar before they go into the hopper and the WB02 grinds a chocolate spread base with a hazelnut share you would never find in a supermarket jar.

The WB02 hazelnut butter grinder is built as a multi-nut machine. The same grinding discs handle peanuts, almonds, cashews, and most other nuts up to roughly 22 to 24 millimetres, whole or in larger broken pieces.
