What is the expiration time for a jar of freshly ground nut butter?

In our experience the jar will be empty before you can say "shelf life" or "best before" ;) Jokes aside, we advise 4 to 6 months of storage time, although it should be safe to consume for some time afterwards. Tip: write the current date on the jar when you store it and wash it off before you get a refill!
