What is the expiration time for a jar of freshly ground nut butter?

In our experience the jar will be empty before you can say "shelf life" or "best before" ;)
Jokes aside, we advise 4 to 6 months of storage time, although it should be safe to consume for some time afterwards.
Tip: write the current date on the jar when you store it and wash it off before you get a refill!
Do I need to add any oils or anything else for the best nut butter?

Nope!
Peanuts and other nuts are incredibly rich in oils all by themselves. Delicious, fresh, roasted nuts is all the machine needs to make a fantastic nut butter!
Are there any different flavors or is it just peanut butter?

The WB02 has amazing potential for all kinds of flavors. There's not just peanut butter, but a wide variety of other kinds of nuts can be ground up to a delicious paste as well! Besides, you could add cocoa drops to hazelnuts for a heavenly hazelnut cocoa spread. Chiliflakes, a pinch of salt, coconut or caramel can be added to the peanuts and nuts as well!

Can I bring my own jar?

Yes! Usually you'll be able to bring your own jar to most stores which are built on a 'zero-waste' concept. Ask your local shop owner.
What happens if I forget my own jar?

Usually stores will keep glass jars in stock, which you can fill with our delicious nut butters. So you'll have to purchase a new one. If it's any consolation, next time you'll have two jars! You could try out a different flavor!
What is the machine's price?

You can request a price by filling in the quotation request form. We'll send you a custom quotation, taking in consideration shipping fees etc.
Is the machine safe to use?

Incredibly safe. There's a start/release button on the front of the machine, which the customer can use. At the rear of the machine, there's an on/off button, which can completely shut off power to the motor. Therefore two additional steps are required to activate the machine. This also means there are two easily accessible buttons to shut down the machine in case of unexpected emergency.
Is the machine safe to use for processing foods?

It is incredibly safe. All moving parts are 100% inox, the machine is therefore very suited for use in stores as well as other branches such as hotels. Inox provides as secure, hygienic and health-centered nut butter mill.
Can I safely allow my customers to operate the machine?

Absolutely.
The machine can be configured with a start-release button, which stops the grinding process when released. All moving parts of the machine are entirely enclosed in the chassis, therefore you could not reach them with your fingers without taking the machine apart first.
How much time does it cost to clean the machine?

Cleaning the machine is not at all time consuming. You will be done in no more than 10 minutes. The machine will be completely cleaned and ready to use. Check out our instructional video for a step by step guide for cleaning your WEnutbutter machine.
Is the machine difficult to take apart?

All parts fit together in a very straightforward manner. This means the machine is very easy to take apart and put together again. Our instructional video should clear up any potential confusion.
How frequently should I replace machine parts?

Effectively never. Our parts are of such high quality that regular cleaning is the only required maintenance. Should a part get lost, we'll send you a replacement post-haste.
Can I use the machine for grinding all types of nuts?

Absolutely, our manual contains recommendations regarding nuts. All nuts smaller - in length and diameter - than 22 to 24mm can be used without issue.
Can I use raw nuts for grinding?

We recommend roasting or burning nuts just before placing them in the hopper for the best, most easily spreadable paste. Ground raw nuts lead to a less spreadable result.
My company is established in Kuala Lumpur, do you deliver here?

Absolutely not a problem! We offer worldwide shipping. Any accompanying and required documentation is no problem either and will be provided through careful discussion with the buyer!
How can I expect my machine to be shipped and packaged?

We pack each machine in a size-appropriate transport box, which will be fastened to a pallet. We will determine the ideal pallet size and will prepare the order for any kind of transport. Our chosen preparations are always based on the amount of machines, the manner of transport, and any additional wishes and requests by the customer,
Is any assembly required, or can I start using the machine out of the box?

The machine will be ready to use out of the box. The hopper is in a separate box and simply needs to be placed at the front of the machine. Just add some nuts, some power and your first jar of nut butter will be tapped before you know it.
What is the expected delivery time for a machine?

Since delivery time is dependent on a few factors, such as amount of machines and the destination, we can't make any guarantees. In general, we should be able to get your machine(s) to you within a week after placing a final order.

Sure, you can! Contact us to plan a meeting and we'll be happy to show you the machine and let you operate it for yourself!
At what times are you opened?

All days of the week. If need be, you can make an appointment for the weekend. Just contact us to set a date.
Hoe lang is de pindakaas of notenpasta houdbaar?

Meestal is de pot leeg voordat je het woord 'shelf-life' of 'best before date' kunt uitspreken ;), maar het advies is zo'n 4 tot 6 maanden, ook al is de pasta daarna ook nog goed te consumeren.
Moet er geen olie of iets anders aan toegevoegd worden?

Nope!

Pinda's en noten zijn zo rijk aan olie van zichzelf. Heerlijk vers geroosterde noten is alles wat de machine nodig heeft om de lekkerste pasta te maken.
Zijn er verschillende smaken?

Ja hoor, naast pinda's en noten zijn er veel verschillende smaken die je kunt toevoegen. Cacaodrops bij de hazelnoten geven bijvoorbeeld een goddelijke chocopasta, maar ook chiliflakes, een snuf zout, kokos of carameldrops kunnen toegevoegd worden aan de pinda's of noten.
Kan ik mijn eigen potje meenemen?

Bij veel winkels wel, die zijn ingericht op het 'zero-waste' winkel concept. Vraag het je winkelier!
Als ik nou geen eigen potje bij me heb?

Dan hebben ze bij alle winkels wel potten op voorraad, die je kunt vullen met verse pasta.
Wat is de prijs van de machine?

Je kunt een prijsaanvraag indienen door ons offerteformulier in te vullen. Aan de hand van overleg en op basis van onder andere verzending en aantal machines, sturen wij jou een maatwerk offerte.
Is de machine wel veilig om te gebruiken?

Ontzettend veilig. Naast de start-release button voor de klant aan de voorzijde, zit er een aan en uit knop aan de achterzijde, die de machine al dan niet in werking stelt. Dus na het inpluggen van de stekker in het stopcontact, zijn er nog 2 handelingen nodig om de machine in werking te stellen.
Is de machine veilig om voedsel mee te bereiden?

Jazeker, heel veilig! De machine bestaat uit 100% inox onderdelen, zodat deze machine in zowel winkels, maar ook in andere sectoren en bedrijven 100% veilig gebruikt kan worden.
Is de machine veilig om door mijn klanten zelf gebruikt te worden?

Zeker! De machine heeft een start-release button, die dus automatisch loslaat. Zodra je je vinger van de knop laat, stopt de machine meteen met werken. Je kunt niet met je vingers bij de draaiende onderdelen van de machine komen.
Kost het veel tijd om de machine schoon te maken?

Helemaal niet, je bent in minder dan 10 minuten klaar en hebt de machine dan weer helemaal schoon voor gebruik Bekijk onze instructievideo waarin stap voor stap wordt uitgelegd hoe jij jouw WEnutbutter machine moet schoonmaken.
Is het moeilijk om de machine onderdelen uit elkaar te halen?

Alle onderdelen zitten heel logisch in elkaar en het uit elkaar halen en weer in elkaar zetten van de onderdelen werkt zeer eenvoudig. Met onze instructiefilmpjes wordt alles nog duidelijker.
Hoe vaak moet ik onderdelen van de machine vervangen?

Eigenlijk niet. De onderdelen zijn van dusdanige kwaliteit dat slechts het reinigen het enige onderhoud is. Mocht er een keer wat zoek raken, dan kunnen wij onderdelen eenvoudig nasturen.
Kunnen alle soorten noten in de machine?

Zeker, in onze handleiding staan de adviezen m.b.t. de noten. Alle noten met een max. lengte en diameter van 22-24mm kunnen gebruikt worden
Kunnen er ook rauwe noten in?

Om een echt mooi smeerbare pasta te krijgen adviseren we om de noten vers te roosteren of te branden. Rauwe noten leveren een minder smeerbaar resultaat.
Mijn bedrijf is gevestigd in Kuala Lumpur, leveren jullie daar wel?

Jazeker, geen probleem! Wij leveren wereldwijd, tot alle uithoeken van de wereld. Ook begeleidende en benodigde documenten zijn geen probleem en doen we altijd in goed overleg met de klant.
Hoe wordt de machine verzonden?

Wij verzenden onze machine in een passende transportbox, welke wordt bevestigd op een pallet. Afhankelijk van hoeveelheid machines, transportsoort en wensen van de klant kiezen wij de juiste maat pallet en maken wij de order geheel tansportklaar voor elke vorm van transport; weg- lucht en zee-transport!
Moet ik alles zelf nog in elkaar zetten, of kan ik hem direct gebruiken?

De machine zit geheel gebruiksklaar in de box. De trechter zit in een aparte box en hoeft alleen maar op de voorkant van de machine te worden geplaatst, noten erin, stekker erin en draaien maar!
Wat is de levertijd voor een machine?

Dat is mede-afhankelijk van de hoeveelheid machines en het land van verzending, maar gemiddeld kunnen wij uitleveren binnen een week na plaatsing van de officiële order.
Als we jullie hulp toch nodig hebben?

Geen probleem, dan regelen we een telefoongesprek of videocall om jullie verder op weg te helpen. Dit is ook altijd mogelijk voor reguliere vragen en informatie.
